my shitzu Always start these random dots in the same place, the little red spots that resemble blood blisters, and then progressively outward in a circle around the center, without color, and finally disappearing into the void ... So the point is left of the circle ... What is possible? last 3 times since the weather has warmed up.could these are the "hot spots", or are they something else?
